Approx 4 miles past Honiton, exit the A30 at the Daisymount junction and follow directions above.

From The Bowd pub, on the A3052 near Sidmouth follow the signs towards Ottery St Mary. After about 2 miles you will find Lancercombe Farm on the right. We are mile beyond the Tipton St John turning and mile before Wiggaton.
